So, it started out very disappointing as they had technical issues and eventually cancelled altogether. It was genuinely really sad. We got refunded and left feeling dumpy. We decided to go to a nearby cafe and figure out what to do for the next hour. But then, we get a call from them saying they'd like us to come back and experience the same escape room we had booked, but this time on the house as an apology for what happened. Honestly, that was both surprising and uplifting. We came back and did the room: Art Heist. It was really very good and full of audio/video that commented on your progress as you went through. It was funny, snarky, and exciting. The puzzles were fantastic and really well set up. Out of the several escape rooms we've done during this trip, this one was definitely one of the best. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who loves a puzzle. I've been going to CodeBreakers since they were still CrateEscape, and have done 3 of their rooms so far. Each time, I have had an incredible experience! Went and did their new 'The Time Machine' escape room with a friend today. We were running late due to unforeseen circumstances, so I called and let them know we had no idea when we'd get there. The staff was super understanding and kind about it both over the phone and in person, and we are so grateful they still let us play. The room itself was so fun too. It was not too hard, but not too easy, and very immersive. I have always loved when the hint system is a part of the room and the story! Can't wait until I get to do...

My friends and I tried this and we accidentally picked the hardest one. When the game master found out that it was our first time trying escape rooms, she rolled her eyes at us and sighed. We had Victoria and her attitude kind of ruined our experience :( At one point, she came to help me and when I couldn’t get what she meant, she rolled her eyes at me again. We were all stoked to try it out, especially because all the reviews say that the staff are nice and the rooms are really well made but since we did not feel welcomed, all our excitement turned into disappointment.
