7.10pm had some time to pop in as I always get my plants from here, well it was horrible pitch black no lights on. Couldn't find anyone close by to say hey could you please turn the lights on I was a bit pushed for time, the other customer out there was fortunate to have his phone torch I had my phone but it was nearly flat. Now generally I would just get over it but it's the fact when I paid I ended up with plants that I thought were 2$ being 7$ and they not that good looking I was pushed for time so just paid and on the way out told a staff member to get someone to turn the lights on I am just more crumpy because I have come home with plants I really should have just left them at the counter. Just please warehouse I could have been an older person in your garden area lucky nobody has had a fall . This really should be paramount...

I'm upset that I didn't ask for her name but she's a tiny, more mature maori lady. tonight she worked in the furniture area specifically where the fridges were. My husband and i came in to buy a mini fridge unfortunately out of stock out the front. This lady went above and beyond to make sure we left with our item.
