Needed some walking shoes slip ons as I am elderly have problems with laces. Went on line Sketchers slip ons where recommended and on special 35% off. Went into the Boundary branch henderson met by friendly and knowledgeable staff, explained my needs sizing was great as Sketchers came in half sizes so selecting a pair that fitted was easy! Impressed with huge stock they carried and friendly staff! Oh and discounted price!

Had me running out then in. Customer service is not helpful, busy laughing and chatting rather than taking care of their store. Really horrified at the state of the shop looks third world. Isles incapable of walking through. Sad to see customers disrespect this store so badly but also no effort on the stores part to try to fix it. Possibly a staff shortage but whatever the case rebel sports is in a desperate state.

Most of your popular sports apparel and footwear caps accessories etc. All your favourite sport's brands. When they have sales the a great time to pick up bargains which I do on occasions They accept for payment afterpay and laybuy.

I experienced the most unruly behavior from the crew that were in rebel sports today. My partner and our children entered the store and ur staff members judged me and my family and thought we were stealing of course I thought it was quite odd that they were staring and talking about us as we casually walked in the store I of course had every intention of paying for my items, I took my things up to the counter and politely asked if there was a problem, they replied no everything's fine they were on the phone as I left the store and went to get in my vehicle I noticed they were either recording or taking pictures how rude I thought of these staff members so is it ur policy that ur staff can take private videos of there customers because they can I have it all on camera WHAT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR U GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED, YES WE WALKED IN WITHOUT SHOES WE HAD JUS BEEN ICE SKATING... AND OUR CHILDREN NEEDED SOME TIME OUT AS I HAVE 9 AND WE HAVE BEEN IN STARSHIP HOSPITAL WITH OUR SON DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER U RETARDS!!!!!!! VERY UPSETTING...

I went Rebel's Henderson on Sat, 17 Jan, about 10 am. I was looking for some skipping ropes. I did ask for help from a one of the attendants who kindly got Fraser to assist. I must say Fraser's service , assistance, listening to me was exceptional. I was most happy with the explanation and he made time to explain me fully about the products that could assist me. While I only went in to buy a skipping rope, I also ended up buying a towel (excellent quality), and training gloves.

Rebel sports must be proud have an employee like Fraser, his product knowledge and customer service is exceptional. I have no doubt he would have received good reviews from others.

I bought a sports shirt ($50+)for my son at 12:30 pm and went home checked the fitting and found shirt was little big. So went back change it smaller size at 14:15 on same day. But the counter staff and managerfound a very small mark in the shirt and refused to exchange. I bet that mark on the shirt wasn't happend in our handling but staff did not agree with me and hence refused to change. My son (13 years old) and me felt very bad ....we will avoid going to store.
