Wang Mart Henderson is an awesome little place tucked away at the end of Catherine Street. Immediately next door is an amazing butcher shop called Geobuk Butchery. The freshest meat ever and very very reasonably priced. Not 100% sure if the two shops are connected but they should be, they compliment each other. Back to Wang Mart this is a Korean supermarket like the one in botany. Anything Korean you will find it here from skin care and health and beauty products, to frozen seafood and lots of other frozens to all the side dishes, vegetables, snacks and sweets noodles, ramen and cooking utensils. I think you will love shopping here and next door. Give it a go Peeps they are very good places to shop. The male staff members there are very helpful. You won't be disappointed... Update: 26/02 Today I went in search of healthy and beauty products. They had so many to choose from, in fact I think the variety of stock had actually increased. Unbelievable what you can find in these shots. Anyway, all it did was confuse me and I left with nothing. Oh well till next time... Happy...

I've been going to this supermarket for Korean (and occasionally Japanese and Chinese) food. They have a wide range of snacks, condiments, drinks, kitchen gear and even some clothing and souvenir items!

They sell a special kind of cucumber my husband likes, which you cannot get at Western supermarkets. There's also have a hair salon upstairs but I've never been there.

I love that when I see Korean recipes, I can find the items here. Or if you can't find the exact product and brand, the staff are happy to help you seek a similar item. Just bring a description or photo of the ingredient you're looking for.

The only negative is that when I've asked about products, they aren't able to answer all my questions because they don't speak English well. However general...
