Lake Panorama Student Homestays — Local services in Henderson-Massey

Liz and the team at Lake Panorama are fantastic in providing a safe and comfortable environment for both International students and homestay families. I really like all the information that's provided to both families and students so we know our expectations, and the continued support when things go wrong with students. She cares for the safety and well-being of everyone involved and puts in every effort to ensure this happens. I've also had the benefit of helping out as a homestay coordinator and love all the added value she does to create community and connection within the Homestay space like organizing events etc... I have done nothing but accommodate these home stay students with nothing less than a A+++ stay. Own bedroom, bathroom, clean towels and washing everyday. My biggest complaint is that they regularly failed to follow through with paperwork/communication with incoming students so I was left wondering if I was getting a student or not! Hardly my fault as I am not in a position to do their job...Really all I was honest. Phone calls are one thing.... But following through is another. I have my job I don't need to do yours.... Yet I am punished!!!!! Go...

Very bad experience in communication and very unprofessional organization. mutually agreed to a meeting but just wasted my time with no courtesy and update on our meeting .also did double booking of students not organized and called me urgently to help in accomadateing the students.totally unreliable and very unprofessional not...
