This is the worst Subway in the whole of Auckland. The counter was filthy the service was horrible they are always missing items every time you go there sometimes they don't have a patty sometimes they don't have a bread sometimes they don't have sauce the staff is always like they don't give a shit about the customer service this is the worst Subway ever I would have given it zero stars if I could and I'm pretty much flexible so if a person like me would hate it this place has got to be really bad no wonder why it has got like two stars this is the worst Subway in the whole Auckland!!!!!! The service here has been shocking for years. Usually go to Lincoln Rd but unfortunately this store was more convenient this time. Stood & waited several mins as the only person in the line while the rude Indian girl with the glasses kept her back to me and washed the smoothie machine knowing full well I was there waiting. Eventually when she served me, had a sour attitude and I could barely hear a thing she was mumbling. No hi, no smile, just awful. I assume she's the one that everyone else is also giving a 1 star to as well. Find a new job at a place you don't have to deal with people, you clearly hate it there and it shows. Came in today to get subway and had the worst experience with the woman working she was rude and overall didnt care about what she was doing, we had to clarify multiple times what we were getting on our sandwiches and even then she puts items on that you dont ask for and have to ask them to be removed. We wanted to get a combo and an extra cookie, and instead of charging us for a combo and an additional cookie, she charged them individually, which was more expensive.
