Must say I’m SO IMPRESSED with this new company to the market !!! I commented on their page a couple of weeks ago questioning the wisdom of retaining any of the reputation of the company they have replaced/bought out ? My experience with Aquatechnics ( the previous company) was NOT GOOD !!! Had new pool installed in 2015 , and subsequent failures to replace expensive equipment that failed had been an ongoing battle ! A week ago I received a call from Chris - apparently the new owner of Pool Shop. He listened to my problems AND then committed to supplying me with a brand new SWIM JET MOTOR !!!!!!!! Amazing on his part , and a clear sign that HIS company stands behind the products they supply — more than that , it shows he clearly understands the value of GOOD SERVICE & SATISFIED CLIENTS ! Well done Chris and Pool Shop — you will definitely be my choice for pool supplies and services...

Really great pool but really poor service, especially from the owner Brian who does not seem to care about customer service at all.

When quoting staff told me in writing a crane not needed but on then the day the pool arrived Brian told me I needed a crane. Was told I needed to pay the extra $5k or the pool would just be left sitting on my driveway forever.

Installers came 1 day early and they didn't tell council. Council turned up when pool half filled. Installers ran away and left to me to sort out because they did not want to deal with the problem.

Staff never came back to finish commissioning the pool. Luckily have had pools before so could do myself.

Won't be buying from Aqua...

Based on our experience with Aqua Technics we'd recommend going to Swimart. Our experience: In 2020 we bought a place that came with a pool so we're pool owner newbies. We tried 3x to get Aqua Technics to send someone to service the equipment & clean the pool before we gave up. The technicians complained they never got messages from the front desk. Swimart came immediately, no issues. Advice on another issue had the Aqua Technics front desk telling us that we might need the chlorinator replaced.
