I was here recently on the 08th June and honestly how the standards have dropped since the last time I was here. I purchased a snapper and it still had it's head I said I did not want the head on and he said that he could not cut it off bla bla and he had the audacity to sell it to me with the rubbish still in it's head and trust me if the fish head still has it's gills still attached it tastes revolting and gross!🤢 Wow what is up with these people don't they care about what they are selling as long as they make the money! I placed a huge order online, the website said delivery would be between the 16th and 17th, but it came days earlier, with no packing slip at all. They did not give me what I ordered. First, it was the wrong type of squid. Also, I ordered monkfish, but it was not monkfish; it did not look or taste like monkfish. The mussels I had to throw away, because they had already open. The clams I had to chuck, as it was smelly. I was not happy with my order at all. I would have been better off buying my Seafood from my local Pak & Save. I will never use these guys again. I sent an email twice regarding my issues, and never received a response....

My husband went to get lunch for us today. If I could give - stars I would. I got a mixed seafood box which consisted of salmon and two white fish sashimi. It was packed two days ago. It stunk of a really fishy smell. I didn't want to risk eating it. The white fish already had little white spots on it. The salmon stunk of a rotten fishy smell straight away.
