This store is currently running a promotion. As I waited for the other customer, I screenshot my free drink from the instructions and uploaded it to my insta. The cashier then told me I couldn't use my screenshot which happened to be a new drink I wanted to try and I had to do a new screenshot with her watching. It landed on one I've tried before and disliked, so she said if I want the other one I asked for I had to pay full price. Even though I had it on screenshot. I walked out with nothing. I found this terrible service as I did what the promotions sign told me to and got refused my order. This cha was my regular shop. But I will not be returning here again. My friend got the oolong roasted milk tea with caramel jelly balls and I got the matcha latte with brown sugar theyre both absolutely amazing! 🍵😍 The matcha flavor combined with the sweetness of brown sugar creates the perfect balance. Unsatisfied service overall 2/5. I have ordered twice from this store and I really think you need to replace your current front staff or else your ratings will continue to fall. There is not much use making all the orders when you do not call them out or else people will just be waiting and waiting during peak hours.
