I had the pleasure of working at Co Kids for 4 years, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. From day one, the management and staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I had worked at Co kids through my high school for 3 years during my work placements and had worked there again for 1 year as an employee.

The work environment at Co Kids was always welcoming and inclusive. Everyone worked together as a team, and I felt supported in my role. The management was always available to listen to any concerns or suggestions, and they truly cared about the well-being of their employees. One thing that stood out to me about Co Kids was the strong sense of community within the workplace. The staff were like a family, always looking out for one another and creating a positive atmosphere.

We had also enrolled my nephew into Co Kids for a few months and were able to experience Co kids from a parent’s point of view. The teachers were honestly the best. Always being so encouraging towards my nephew’s learning and development whilst also giving him a chance to be independent. They highlighted special moments throughout his day and we had so many laughs reading over what he’d been doing at daycare. They wrote lovely learning stories for us to read and although he only had a few months there, he felt so comfortable around his kaiako.

Overall, my time at Co Kids was incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a wonderful team. I would highly recommend Co Kids to anyone looking for a supportive and inclusive work environment or anyone looking to enrol their Child/Children. Being a first time mum, I was very reluctant to put my daughter in daycare especially since she has always been particularly shy and very rarely would go to anyone but myself. Co Kids allowed me to do several visits prior to my daughter's first day to ensure that she would feel as comfortable as possible, which really softened the whole process. This gave my daughter the chance to adjust to the new environment and meant that there were familiar faces to greet her on her first day. The ladies at Co Kids made the whole transition very smooth and my daughter has quickly developed relationships with each of the lovely ladies at Co Kids. I feel comforted knowing that I am leaving my daughter with people who really care about her and who go the extra mile to make sure her individual needs are met and that she feels safe and valued. The daycare itself is beautifully open and light and offers an abundance of learning and self exploratory opportunities. I have already seen my daughter's confidence grow significantly in the short time that she has been attending Co Kids and am very happy with her development so far! We love Co Kids - their approach/philosophy towards education, adventure, celebrating all the different cultures and the warm environment is perfect for our boy (and us, we always love being there). The centre is so supportive of the whole family, including all the teachers and the centre manager Seema. Our son loves it there so much and has grown in so many ways.

Communication is excellent, the teachers are so kind, calm and gentle with all the kids. All are also so approachable and open, and they are supporting us so much with figuring out how to raise our child! So much amazing help! We love how they love our son.

We got an amazing vibe from the first visit and that has been proven to be right throughout the year our son has attended. We highly recommend Co Kids for, among many other positives, their philosophies, beautiful people, modern and spacious facilities, and plentiful and delicious menu!
