Before the sales man says it’s good quality screen but turn out it’s crap and phone is in unusable status

It wasn't there before the heat from the screen cutter or the staff member pressing down hard on my phone screen has broken it. He won't take responsibility for this $65 to now break my $1400 phone! Here is your evidence why would I make a misleading review.You did touch the screen you applied the screen protector.Not offering a refund or owning up to this accident is the reason i have made a review!You need Insurance if your touching people's phones. I suggest you only sell the screen protector not apply them.

Read moreSadly my experience hasn't been a great one. My phone developed a moisture in the charging port issue. Mobile Paradise cleaned and said it was good but almost immediately failed so back I went. They replaced the part and said it was good. I got home to find a "No Sim card" fault. Phone unusable. Back I went. Told the USB part they used was faulty so it was replaced. Second part worked for three weeks before it developed the moisture in the port issue again. Returned for a fourth time and told not their responsibility. Would have to replace USB part for a third time at my cost. Now I would expect some period of warranty on products fixed by them but no. Consequently I'm not impressed that I seem to have wasted $100, copious return trips, time and effort and I'm back to square one. As much as I like to support local I cannot recommend.
