The Coffee Club Browns Bay — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Disappointing food. I ordered the $19 loaded fries and asked for a side of sour cream. I called ahead and still ended up waiting 30 minutes in-store when the restaurant was quiet, which wasn’t my biggest worry. After receiving my loaded fries for takeaway, I looked inside to see the chips dry and burnt, with barely any toppings although it claimed to be ‘loaded fries’. What toppings there were, were not nicely loaded on-top of the fries but instead underneath them. It looked like the chips had just been chucked into the box and it was not appetising at all. The side of sour cream was a teaspoon size and was also underneath all of the chips. I was really disappointed and didn’t even end up eating this as it was quite disgusting and not what the description said at all, not to mention it was $20 worth of fries…...

First time and the last. I've only heard bad experiences from this place but wanted to try my luck and suprise suprise a few things went wrong. Wait time aside, being mothers day and all but the service was meh. My mum got her food decently on time but they completely forgot my order so by the time she was finished with her food I was still waiting. Had to go check with staff and yes, they completely forgot and started remaking it which suprisingly took only a few minutes but the food came out pretty cold and the bread was bit hard. What a disappointing experience. We walked in and no one greeted us or smiled or anything. We sat down ordered via the qr code which was nice and simple. Food I would say is well priced if it was cooked correctly which didnt happen. I ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon and got two hard boiled eggs with hollandaise that tasted more like a curry sauce? I don't even know how you can ruin eggs Benedict like that but it was the only successful thing they did. The iced coffee tasted bland and like they dipped a coffee bag in cold water for two seconds. This experience was to be a really nice birthday breakfast with my partner and has left me 60 dollars short and utterly...
