I always drive 15 minutes from my home to this shop for a cup of coffee, just for a cup of coffee! But in recently two visits, I had very very bad experiences, an Asian guy barista gave me very bad service, very impatient last time. Today he again made me a very very bad coffee, tastes very very bitter and dry, I'm a coffee lover, I know it is very difficult to make a coffee that bad, even for a junior barista, seems that he didn't change the coffee powder for me, this makes me so disappointed. A very loyal Starbucks fan drive 15-20 mins every time for a cup of coffee, it costs me $10 for a cup of coffee(plus petrol), finally ended up with a cup of coffee just like our Chinese medicine, this makes me very very annoying, I won't go there again. Love this location! I am a loyal customer and visit them on a regular bases, each time I am given top quality service and my coffee is perfect. Have only had one minor visit but they took care of it and made it up in a split second! Each barista knows my order and treats me with up most customer service. I don't go to any other location just for the fact I am loyal and adore this location. I always receive a 5 star quality service, a smile, small talk and a compliment which no other location has given. I don't know what to say!
