Of cause, the most important thing is its various massage program setting. We can use the build-in programs, or chose the different massaging function with our own favour mode. The best part is its scan process can help us to know which part of our body need more care and suggest the suitable program to run. Every time using, I felt truly relax. I like the service team also. We met Doris on the shop at Highland Park, she was not only introduction her product but understood our need. We spent almost 2 hours to try and made the decision right away. We are very lucky can be scheduled on the next working day delivery. I have to say, Paul and Denial are the best delivery team I met. They treat the items like their own, carefully unpack, installing and took all packing materials away. Remind the using tip and making sure our chair is working before left. Even, they offered the pay extra service which help us sending our old one to my friend. It’s not only solved our problem, but giving the new life of the old one....
