We come a lot but lately its been so busy with birthday parties during the public skate sessions which makes it very chaotic when its the usual number of people there plus two birthday parties worth of kids. A real lack of supervision by staff of the rink itself unless you complain to staff they don't even look - there are dangerous people skating the wrong direction, sitting on the ground in the rink, some skating at insane speeds past beginners and tiny kids, its a real danger zone sometimes. Also trying to book your own kids party there is a nightmare and I am not the only one who is having difficulty with it having taken weeks so far since filling in the form and i still haven't heard if we have a booking, and the birthday is only 6 weeks away, I really don't get how this is so hard... I do not recommend trying to book a party here! So sometimes its really fun here and other times way too chaotic. Staff are nice, and give you your skates quickly. I just think they need to be more attentive of the rink to help avoid accidents waiting to happen.
Update - for the birthday party, we had one sad child in her big day. Despite filling in the form 10 weeks beforehand, emailing and calling the manager Veena multiple times, she never called or emailed me back. Just terrible customer service. It’s a disgrace. How hard can it be to reply to people. There was no skating...

So happy with Anton (who only works on Monday). I lost/misplaced my wallet on Sunday evening. So I inquired today around 90 minutes ago and spoke to Anton. He immediately looked my wallet in the Lost Property but couldn't find there. Absolutely good thing is that he took immense care and ask for my mobile number to update me on my inquiry.
I found my wallet and I called him to say heartiest thank you.
I really appreciate care taken by Anton to help find my wallet though he normally works only on Monday
Thank you team...
Read moreIt's changed a lot in 30 years. It seems to have forgotten its Skateland heritage. There are NO organised games for the kids (no more red light/green light, backwards, opposite direction, races...). The rink floor has shrunk and is now tiled, creating a continuous clickety-clack. Unsurprisingly, while other places have lines out the door, hardly anyone was there. Kids couldn't wait to leave. That said, it is cheaper than the competition (proving you get what you pay for); and with hardly anyone else there, one can practice jumps/tricks without any...
