Her booked customer was late for her appointment, so she made me pay for my lashes first hand before proceeding. Then we went to the back and I was already laying down and she cleaned my eyes and lashes then her customer arrived late and she told me to get up and wait for her to tend to her other customer first. She then told me to come back at 4.30pm. I came back at 4.33pm to be exact, and she starting to drill and clean new customers nails and didn't even greet or atleast LOOK at us when we entered. She just yelled at us to take a seat without apologizing that she had to push back my appointment a second time.

I asked for a refund and once I was walking out, I overheard her telling her current customer "more time for us" how rude of you!. I then went to Virgo nails and Beauty instead which is a new nail place on basin view Road. They are more friendly and perfect customer service...

I showed up to this store near the closing time desperate to get my eyelashes done because another place nearby that I was initially going to closed an hour before their stores closing time. When i walked in the lady working in there was super kind and said she could do them for me after she was finished with a customers nails. I returned after the customer left and the lady was really easy going and made me feel really welcomed and comfortable. My eyelashes turned out so good! I love them and she was so gentle, patient and I could sense she was focused, determined and working hard to give me eyelashes I would love. She worked on my eyelashes past her closing time and for that I was really grateful. Definitely recommend, did not disappoint! will be my new go-to...
