As you can see from the photo of the underground car parking hours - on Thursday nights the car park is open until 8.15 pm.

Except it isn't.

I arrived at 8 pm to get in my car and found all exits to the car park shut. I phoned the after hours security company (the only number available) and they explained they couldn't do anything for me until 8.15 pm when it was after hours.

They then asked me to phone Shore Security - which we did. They told us that they could get Matrix Security to come out and there would be a $ 40.00 security fee. I explained the situation and said we weren't happy to pay a call out fee.

Also explained I had a child with me and really couldn't be standing in the dark and cold for much longer. Shore Security rang Matrix back and in the time that passed it was now going to be a $ 60 call out fee.

They did suggest if I came back at 10.00 pm I could collect my car no charge, which I declined.

Mall is quite old. My opinion on shops Top and Price ($2 shop) - the owner is very bad and rude at their staff. Staff though keeps smiling and do their job very good. They have a lot of stuff but avoid going there. The owner doesn't deserve it. It is the one at the right hand side (if you face them food court is very average but staff is nice at the end close to the bookstore there is a clothing shop. Expensive women clothing but quality is not worth Vegie shop (outside) worth the money and good products, don't expect a smile beauty center went there once and wasn't good.
