I am warning you, terrible customer service!! I have bought multiple items from online shop and each time there is an issue (organisation is lacking in there, I understand we are extremely busy with covid but they should hire more staff to look after customer when their staff is making mistakes in the first place, to help the customer better than sending automated answers that aren't even responding to the question). Eeach time, It takes weeksss to get someone to talk to you about your issue and you feel that they don't care at all. I have dealt with much better customer services in other similar companies in similar time so I will just shop elsewhere and not return on Spotlight website. VERY DISAPOINTED.

Issues for those interested: -one missing item in a parcel (parcel sent in 2 parts but within that one parcel, my email listed the 5 items that were shipped within that parcel, but one was not packed in there, finally got someone to read my email weeks later and sent the missing item) -broken item in a parcel -still not resolved right now -broken item in a parcel (again!!! another item) - still unresolved. I have notified the customer service of the 2 last parcels received with broken items, automated messages received saying I ceed to send the item back at their charge or ask for a courier to come collect, I have responded yes please for a courier to come; have placed both broken items in the parcel and placed outside my house for collection, a week later and still no response from customer service and no confirmation they will send someone. Been dragging too long, I don't even know if they will offer a refund or a replacement, it is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would expect them to replace the clearly broken items asap... You are paying for something that arrive broken cause not packed well (small pot in a big parcel, was banging against other items inside the box) and you have to wait weeks to get a response hoping you will get twhat you paid for................ Read moreI don’t think it’s a coincidence that the last two times I have been in and disgusted with the lack of care and service from the team that it had been Julie as the manager both times . When Caroline is the manger the staff aren’t clustered around talking gossip in groups they are out in the store being super helpful . Asked four team members today for help finding a product and they were so quick to pass me off to a counter ( all were full , and the members I asked for help weren’t doing anything but talking to other members in little groups ) Experience in the store when Julie is the manager the staff certainly act like they don’t need to help customers , is it a free for all ? Certainly seems like it . I would definitely recommend a review of this store because I walked out without the over $1800 worth of products( dress form , overlocker , cricut machine and fabric supplies ) I was there to buy and went to manukau where the team are always fabulous . The team at Sylvia park needs to be reminded that first and foremost they are there to guide , support and help customers . The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions I had. They even remembered the current promotions and kindly reminded me to take advantage of the discounts before checking out, which I really appreciated.
The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I was looking for. I also loved the creative displays, which provided inspiration and ideas for my projects. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed before I left.
