Finally I ve been received trespass notice and been arrested by police due to some funny reasons Eg. "gun gesture", acturlly this is an greating gesture in my culture. and "verbal abuse"..., it might happend because of misunderstanding.
I wad treated rudely in the Warehouse store and sucurety center of silver park westfield as like an animal, the stuffs in tje warehouse keep drive me out anf block my way when I was shopping, they treat me as a criminal, in the beginning I thought it is a joke, but they threatened to call the police and finally they did called the police. I realise it is really serious.
I felled upset and, That time I was surrounded by a crowd in front of the Warehouse gate, after a while two officers from Mt Wellington police station arrested me, while I was tellephoneing the "111 police", I was trying to explain what im explaing to the poloice in the phone, male officer interuppted me and say"I dont care, he forced me weared by the handcuff, its really hurt. He escorted me and I felt I was looked like a prisoners from the mall from the east to the west, others people looked me extreamely strage glaze, my mental was greatly harmed by this time!
I was sent to a small locked room, lots of strange painting and drawing at the wall. My bag was searched. And officer asked me for a lot of sensitive personal information.
I was forced to sign that funny papers, amang lots of parties, police westfield secuirty department, and the Warehouse I was forced to sign the deportation order and have been told to never comming to warehouse in Westfiled mall silver park again in the next two years... I was tried many times to explain to the officers about my behaviour, they said they are busy and use body strength to push me out of the street, while saying many strong and ugly words..."f words".
I was try to ask a free lawyer, and coz im arrested , my rights contains free law servies, but the lawyer Vivan didnt wanna listen to me, becouse she cant uderstand my English, she said she is noy intresting...OMG
Lots of people saw me and i fell really awcward at that time.
It was the worst time in my life.

Read moreIts a shame to write this review, considering the other casual times I've shopped here, there have been no issues, but of course, they were casual shops. The recent experience I had was enough for me to not shop at this location again in the future.
I ordered a small 3-piece Bistro outdoor set via Click & Collect at the Sylvia Park location. Before checking out, it stated that they had stock and that the order would be ready in 1-4 business days, easy right? You would think so, but no. On the 5th business day, they sent an email saying: "There's been a delay. Unfortunately, we've not been able to locate the following items just yet. This can sometimes add a few days to delivery, and we apologize for the delay. We'll get back to you with an update within 5 days."
Confused, I got in contact with a live chat agent as I could not get through to the phone number for Sylvia Park. They explain that the store does have stock but their order system doesn't work as simple as that and the order is still waiting to get allocated for processing. More confused by the unreasonable delays, the unbothered live agent offers a refund for the item and says to go into the store to purchase the item instead. As I needed the item for the weekend coming up, I confirmed the refund and called the Sylvia Park location to confirm if they had the stock, as both the website & live agent said that they do have available stock.
However, the number of times I called the Sylvia Park store with no answer, was oddly ridiculous. I called both in the hours before 5 pm & after, and no staff member answered, it would just ring & ring through. So I visited the store as I needed this item, I found the chairs but no table for the set. So I headed to the front desk with the chairs on a trolley and let them know I would like to buy the set but there was no table (even though there is a display poster and display set there promoting the product). The staff lady confirmed that they would ask another staff member to check out back for the table.
Patiently waiting, I realize quite a bit of time has passed and there has been no contact from a staff member with an update. It's been more than 20 minutes, so I re-approach the same staff lady and kindly ask if there is an update. She uncaringly responds & explains that the staff person who "checked the back" told her through her earpiece, minutes ago, that they couldn't find the item & don't have stock.
I was more than patient and I was so confused as to why I was left waiting when the staff lady had already been notified with an update, she did not care to let me know and watched me stand there and wait.
This experience was such a poor display of customer service both online and in-store. Just terrible service from the staff and The Warehouse company. I ended up buying a similar product from Bunnings of better quality for a cheaper price and the Bunnings team had the item ready to collect in less than 24 hours...
Read moreI have been here with the hope to find the appliance that i was looking for. On the website was showing several in stock. The Staff had no idea where the item was. They didn't bother check on top of the shelf in the closed box or anywhere else.I asked them to check if the item i needed was in stock somewhere else, they look on the tablet and warehouse in pakuranga show 3 in stock, so i went there. They checked everywhere but couldn't find any. They reccomended to go to Silvia park Warehouse that show many in stock available. I explained that i was coming from there, so i ask them to check again if any other place have it. The staff checked and told me that warehouse stonefield show low stock. Before going there i specifically ask to call there to confirm that there was one in stock. A guy from warehouse stonefield have confirmed that there was one available on display but the cable might be missing,i asked him to confirm the part number. He confirmed that match. So i left warehouse pakuranga and i went to Stonefield, i search for the item in display and i couldn t find anything so i ask the staff and he told me that the item i was searching was not in stock, i explain to him that i have called 10 minutes before coming and a guy told me that was available.The guy suggested to go to Silvia park.
