There is an absolute need for your business to review your Click & Collect process during Alert Level 3 as you do not provide customers with any information about where they are to collect their goods from.
While the main shopping complex is closed due to the lockdown I attempted to call your shop multiple times in the morning - I had no answer on your phone and you have no voicemail service so I couldn't leave a message. I tried again in the early afternoon and still noone answered. I had to make calls to the Sylvia Park management team to be told which carpark to go to collect. I turned up there at 4pm and was told you were closed for the day. Your email asking me to pick up advised of your operating hours which showed as closing at 7pm.

The clippers did not cut the hair as close as they should have due to an an issue with the blade. Thats not fair because I paid $179 Australian dollars for the product and should be refunded the equivalent of that in NZ dollars.
