Honestly friendly staff and friendly regulars always pushing you past your limits.🔱 There is a smaller range of equipment then some gyms but because it's always tidy tand doesnt smell it's way better then most gyms. Practically live there it's the best priced membership just dont look in the mirror on the smith machine if you wanna keep good thoughts about your legs😂

Two floors of equipment, a large studio for group sessions as well as a spin studio. There are extra machines of all the most popular types, so you rarely have to wait for anything. Love the atmosphere and the staff were really helpful when I came in to ask for membership! I do wish there was a way to regulate the air inside, since people use it to work out.
