I have visited the spa before and had great experiences, the massages were fantastic and the masseuses clearly knew what they were doing. Unfortunately today the spa was anything but relaxing, the noise felt more like something from a public pool than a therapeutic spa. It's very hard to forget yourself when all you can hear from the next private pool is doo doo doo doo baby shark whilst some child screams and repeatedly jumps in and out of the pool. I've read the owners response to previous negative reviews and appreciate keeping everyone happy all the time is a difficult thing, however as an owner it's your responsibility to hold your staff accountable when your business receives negative feedback. There were numerous staff around the spa and no one questioned the noise and behaviour the other patrons were making. When leaving the spa the receptionist was too busy chatting to someone (not a customer) to even ask how the experience had been. Which to be fair is quite fortunate for her as I was anything...

Sent an email on Wednesday night when we decided to come up to New Plymouth the next day. Christy emailed me back and said we could come in but no pool available. We still booked in. Amazing, fast, helpful communication as it was super late notice. Christy rang me Friday morning to say a pool had beoame available so we said yes. Me and my partner did the Polish us. The pool was sooo relaxing. It was nice being in your own pool and the way it fills up and then drains out. Was so what we needed. I had Summer and she was so lovely felt amazing after the treatment. We were recommended by my Dad and his partner who came up in September and it worked out Summer had done my Dad's treatment too. Everyone was so lovely. Everything smelt amazing! Will definitely get some smellies next time. The water was so good. Got 5 litres 😍 Will definitely be back and recommend...
