The Warehouse needs to train their staff properly. Today(3rd Sept 2022, around 11:10am) I bought one Lego Technics for my elder kid and other two cheaper toys for my younger one. At the self checkout, I scanned the two cheaper ones first as I knew the big Lego needs security attendance. After the big Lego get scanned, one female staff came and tried to authorise this purchase but somehow got things wrong. I saw her tap a cancel button on the screen and she went to find another staff card to do the job. The second time it worked. Then I finished the payment and went to the counter to get the security gadget removed. The same staff checked my receipt and found one of the cheap toy wasn't on the list. I went "Oh there must be something wrong with the scanner. I'm sure I have scanned both of the (cheap)toys". She said "I said you need to scan those two. But it's okay we can do the payment here." So I paid the missing one. All of that is okay, I thought just some glitches in the whole checkout system. Then the security guard came in, and said to me "If you are getting angry, I can show you the security video. You didn't scanned the two other toys". I then realised it's not a technical glitch but was the staff cancelled my order. I told the security guard "No I don't want to see your video, and the reason there's one toy missing is she accidentally cancelled my order". The security guard seems ignored my words and keep saying the same sentence. I went "No, my shopping is done and my did my payment. Thank you." The whole process, I didn't hear one single apologise. Later I thought over again, it must be the female staff cancelled my whole order first but didn't mention it properly, at least I didn't notice it. That being said, if you misoperated the checkout pos, you should tell the customer a "Sorry I accidentally cancelled your previous order. Would you mind scanning them again?". I honestly didn't hear any of these. Updated with the receipts.

I regularly visit the Warehouse to get a bargain because I heard a rumour that everyone can get a bargain here... and it’s true! Plenty of inexpensive options from homeware, clothing, music, books, toiletries, gardening stuff, car stuff, jewelry (but don’t), bags o’ chips, toys, outdoor furniture, pillows, pegs, extra large Toblerones, PS3 games (still), DVDs (still), dog bowls, phones, stationery, faux WWE championship belts, to jandals.

Big place, a lot of option from kitchen wares, office chairs and tables, equipments, electricals, stationery, printers, shoes, clothes, vegetables and perfumes. I never experience going through a queue everytime I buy there. You can also do a membership online, so Convinient. I love buying laundry detergent here. It's way cheaper. Toilet is available.

My printer stopped working a few weeks after I bought it. According to the instructions, it was not the toner (I had printed about 50 pages since it was new).

So I took it back to the Warehouse to show it off and ask for help. The young lady told me that I had to have it shipped to the repair center for an assessment, the delay was 2 or 3 weeks and I needed a printer immediately. She told me I could buy another one, since if I hadn't misused my printer, I would be reimbursed.

After that, I never heard from her again. I had some urgent work to do, so I waited to contacted Warehouse, after some time : the printer was waiting for me, the toner had to be changed. I explained that I had bought a printer in the meantime, and that I had been told I could be reimbursed for the old one. The same employee denied her own words, and would not listen.

In the end, over a hundred dollars in the trash.

On other occasions, the staff had been very good. After that, I went to the Warehouse as little as possible.

To note also, the products were very counterfeit (example of Belgian chocolates), and the products of very poor quality (pen, etc).

I'm writing this negative review several months after the facts, I didn't have the time at the time (besides, Warehouse made me waste a lot of time, for nothing in the...

unhappy with my phone experience. had a layby, unbeknown to us, was due to expire (lay by opened before covid19 lockdown, after which we had forgotten all about it) told we had to come in before the end of today to purchase it or we would lose $10 of our deposit and the layby would be cancelled. received a letter in todays mail dated 18th june, which stated we had two weeks to pay, but obviously the letter has arrived much later (06/07). besides living in the hutt valley and not being prepared to travel into llyal bay, all just to purchase the lay by, the staff member and more specifically, her supervisor, were completely unhelpful and rude and unwilling to make a compromise to arrange a date to pay next weekend. i understand businesses have policies and rules, but there was no consideration for the circumstance, especially regarding the unprecedented times we are in right now. the girl was helpful, understanding and friendly enough, but besides this I was very underwhelmed at the experience and can't say ill be back to spend my money any time soon, which is a shame for the warehouse more than anyone given the current...
