Toyworld Johnsonville — Attraction in North Island

Usually have a great experience. Friday 1st Dec,w I walked in and the two people behind the counter ignored me, and were talking very loudly about all the bad reviews other toy worlds were getting e.g. "omg this one got 1 star and customer said bad customer service etc". This went on for over 5 minutes and so I interrupted and said "well your review will be that you've ignored me and spent the whole time complaining about other stores and whether to bring it up in the site regional meeting" they looked at me absolutely dumbfounded.

They then continued to ignore me and continue their conversation....

Terrible marketing and service from Toyworld Johnsonville. An individual hotwheels car priced as an individual unit and I am being told by staff I have to buy 5 to buy the one I want. No marketing or statements showing this and to individually mark it and not bundle it. I asked for store owner to be called. Yet I am told it's good for business? Yet I get trespassed. Well done Toyworld lost my money. I have been a loyal customer for years. Thousands lost over a 8 dollar car. Great for...
