I'm compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with the grocery purchases I made at this store. The quality of the products I received was very bad, leading to major concerns for health and safety. Specifically: 1. Curry Leaves Contaminated: The curry leaves I purchased contained a centipede, posing serious health risks upon consumption. This is utterly unacceptable. 2. Infested Wheat Atta: The wheat atta I bought was infested with small insects, rendering it inedible and raising questions about the store's quality control. I have attached photos as evidence of these issues. Shame on you for providing such disgusting items to your customers.

I recently visited an Indian supermarket and was impressed with the overall experience. The store was well-organized and had a wide variety of products. However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by a staff boy in specs. He was knowledgeable about the products and went out of his way to assist me in finding what I needed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this supermarket to anyone in the area.

We purchased groceries from your store yesterday, and today when we want to eat at home, we found that the Haldiram Bhel packet was torn on the side and had been sealed with cellotape. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. We are currently staying in Porirua, so visiting the store in person is not feasible. Kindly ensure that products in unsellable condition are not offered for sale.

Very poor pricing system. And what ever the prices is on the shelf the staffs did not valued it. She argue with you but still won’t give the price that is on the shelf. This checkout girl, I bought sindoor and there was a ticket that says $2.49 when I told the girl at checkout she took me there and showed me that it’s the wrong ticket in front of it. I asked her where’s the ticket for this product she said there no ticket here. So you tell me what price this staffs should value the scanned one or the ticket one where all the sindoors were? The sindoor didn’t had any ticket price on the shelf. Very bad customer service by that girl don’t know why she’s at the front… probably to argue with customers. Instead she could have called someone senior and changed the price. Actually at this stage now it’s not about price it’s about owning your mistake. Yogi ji you need to check and correct all your prices on the shelf. And put that checkout girl at the back so she doesn’t argue...

Edited: Sold us about to expire items sitting on shelves without any warning signs. And got to know from many friends that you sell about to expire items along with charge them extra amout in their bills.

Positives: A comprehensive selection of Indian groceries conveniently available under one roof in the heart of Petone.

Feedback based on personal experience: The discrepancy between shelf prices and those on the bills is a recurring issue. Rectifying this would be highly appreciated. Additionally, minor detritals in pulses, semolina, and soya chunks could be mitigated through enhanced quality checks at the store. Parking poses a significant challenge, accommodating only 7-8 vehicles. Exploring nearby options to expand parking for customer vehicles would...

Really disappointed The veggies they sell is really disgusting brought bag of onion 90% onion are disgusted 🤢 and got fungus on it. Paying for that bag of money is useless. I bet nobody gonna get that bag even its free. When i was in store i told at checkout that my bag of onion is not good the girl she asked me to swap with another bag. Came home saw the onion and felt like i wasted my money. Those onions were all rotten and got fungus on it .Its was other day their cauliflower had big giant patch of fungus on it and no staff was paying attention to it. Told staff on check out they were not bothered about it and said that’s alright we are busy at the moment we will sort it out later. ( i got the photo of the onions too as proof...
