As a real hospitality veteran and professional... to me you have just shown your true colours and how bad your customer service really is ..... you should never speak to your customers in this fashion...... I guess you or your chefs have never heard of consistency and consistent food flavours and production if you say 2 people cant make the food taste the same (this is what a recipe is for) .......... But don't worry we will definitely be spreading the word about your restaurant its just such a shame that none of it will be good news for you....... Oh and by the way i order mediums or hots everywhere I go you're the odd one out..... i guess you cant handle customer service too well..... worst ever. Thank you....😊😊😊

We have been coming here regularly for about a year now. Food has always been great....... up until the last few months.... the last 4 times we have been the food has either been the wrong meal or parts missing from the meal this 4th and final time the food was the spiciest its ever been (my partner always gets no chilli and I have always ordered medium) this last time all the food do was burn my mouth and lips and this is after the previous time I complained about the food being hotter than normal.... dont get me wrong I love a good bit of spice.... as a chef in used to it but this time I couldn't taste the food over my burning mouth...... after trying to call a waiter over 3 times before theu realised. To thier credit they did everything right trying to fix it however watching the kitchen I could see the chef getting quite angry and looking very arrogant.

Not sure if we will be back or not..... quite sad that this great Thai place has taken a downward turn for us over the last few months

Cater to your customers "chef" not your own taste buds we are the ones who...

This is a really good Thai restaurant! The food are amazing! I have been here 3 times in one week! That means the foods here are super engaged me! I strongly recommend TomYum soup with rice, and crispy pork salad! The tomyum soup here compares to other Thai restaurants, the flavor is not too strong, it is very mild, but it is also flavorful and balanced, not too sour and not too spicy or too salty. This soup is perfect with rice! I am not really recommending with noodles! Other I recommend crispy pork salad. The seasoning of this salad comes from the ingredients themselves, the natural sourness, very refreshing and appetizing!

The service of this restaurant also good! The speed of serving food is well mastered. There is a beautiful and friendly lady boss here. She is very confident...

Whilst seeing family in Wellington visit, I had a Thai food craving so we dined at a recommended restaurant in Petone by my sister, Siam Spoon. The service and hospitality was excellent because we were warmly greeted and seated without reservations, and attentively looked after throughout the evening. The ambiance and decor was cosy yet exotic.

We ordered entrees of Siam Prawns, Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum Gai. Our soups were fragrant and full bodied in flavour and the tempura prawns were crunchy and juicy.

For mains, we ordered Yum Thalay, Pla Ma Now and Matsaman Gai. The mains were exquisite especially my snapper and the seafood salad served extra Thai hot.

Our dinner experience was truly wonderful, the cuisine was exemplary and service was fantastic. Highly recommended with...

After a last minute change of plans, our group was happy to find the Siam Spoon team accommodating and friendly. This was my first visit so I went for a safe staple with an interesting side - fried (chicken) rice with pineapple and roti with lemon butter. I’d have to say I was pleased with both and will happily return for some more adventurous choices from the menu. A bit of food envy helps as the others’ curries looked amazing.
