The Mad Butcher — Attraction in Papakura

Made an online order from this store and have not received it. The Manager Sam Morton is adamant that my order was delivered to my address, but I was at home during the expected delivery time and had no delivery come through. I've been told that they can't do much about it because it's been delivered to my address. I complained to head office and nothing is being done about it. Sam Morton told me that the delivery driver (his mother) took the order to my front door!?, first he said the delivery driver was a male then when my order was lost all of a sudden the driver was his Mother?!. Not good, no thorough investigation done. I have now filed a complaint with the disputes tribunal so that I can get to the bottom of this!!. Never ordering from this...

Been to this Mad Butcher branch today to buy meats, as a customer, its normal for me to check every single meat in display — for quality purposes and their is a RUDE GUY STAFF (white complexion, bit tall, with beard and wearing a hat) murmuring and complaining about it, he’s literally in front of me as I tried to pass by I said SORRY tho I know I didn’t do anything wrong at all and he answered, NO, YOU’RE NOT! I am not the one to complain about customer service but when I feel like myself and mine are being culturally profiled I will take it to offence. Today and like many other days we come in and buy what we need and use Afterpay to pay tell me why the fair lady who serves us always askes “ how will yous pay today “ Afterpay?
