Inflatable World — Attraction in Puketāpapa

Look it’s a rubbish facility on a good day. I’ve been often for indoor sports and as inflatable world for kids parties. The staff have terrible customer service, the toilets are barely clean and never have soap and it’s always dirty and sticky. My most recent visit involved one of the inflatables catching fire or over heating. We still don’t know. One of the teenage staff members screamed FIRE and a stampede of Savannah proportions occurred. It was ruthless. The staff didn’t know what to do and the building wasn’t evacuated. A customer rang 111 and we all just kept going with our kids parties while the smell of burning plastic increased. The floppy haired ‘FIRE’ screamer came around at 12 and told us the party was over. I am so disappointed by this outfit not only is there no signage, it wasn't even open even though your website advertised that it was opened today. False advertising!. My 3 year old was so looking forward to coming today. I spent 3/4 hour trying to find the place. Went into the Caltex petrol in the end with a screaming upset child who directed me where to go then kindly came down to check on us and then gave my son a free hot chocolate and a toy to make him stop crying. Thank you kind Caltex sales attendant and shame on you inflatable world as you made what should have been an exciting fun time for my son, very stressful. I almost feel like taking this...

Just wanted to say how easy my sons birthday party was at Inflatable World Dom rd. I made the inquiry online and they called me straight away. Sent email confirmation with all the details. They requested a guest list which I sent back and on the day the table was ready, in a clean and tidy area. The party tables overlooked the inflatables so you could see the kids.
