The Kennards Three Kings team is fantastic. My first experience with them was when I stored my personal belongings for a couple of months. The full process was a lot easier than I ever expected it to be. Signing up was a simple online process and they had a portal I could log in to and manage my space. I was particularly impressed by how easy it was to close my locker at the end—a single call and it was all done. I cancelled in the middle of my payment cycle and they refunded the money for the remaining days. That was a pleasant surprise and such a customer-friendly policy.

I booked a storage unit on-line, in late May, with a June 1 start date on the rental and paid a months rent in advance, as per procedure. I fronted up on June 1 to inform Mark that I had found a friend willing to store my motorcycle for free and I wanted to give notice to cancel my unit rental. He informed me that I wouldn't have to pay anything and treated it like I hadn't made the booking, with a full refund on the months rent I had paid on-line. Go figure - what business does that these days! This is my second time renting a unit from these folks and I can't rank them high enough on their friendliness and professionalism. I left my name and asked them to contact when the size i wanted became available. By the next day I was moving boxes into the perfect storage unit for me.
