I wanted to leave a review for Sharon who helped me a few weeks ago because she was incredible. I walked in with no appointment hoping to get some advice on skin tones and finding the right shade match for me, and I was so fortunate to have Sharon help me. She took her time walking me through the shade matches in some great skin tints, answered all my questions, repeatedly checked in with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She gave me other options when I asked for something fuller coverage, as well as advising me on blush shades and contouring when I asked. After a wonderful consultation, she finished the makeup on both sides of my face to make sure I was even and all sorted to go, and then she packed up two samples of the face products she used so I could test them again. I visited NARS at MECCA Ponsonby and was looked after by Sydney, who was absolutely outstanding. She was not only warm and professional, but also made me feel so comfortable and valued throughout the whole experience. Her practical advice, genuine care, and deep product knowledge was very much appreciated. I left the store not only with products I feel confident about, but also with a real sense of being looked after. Sydney truly went above and beyond, and she is a big reason I would recommend MECCA Ponsonby to others. She turned what could have been a quick visit into a memorable experience. I went in last weekend seeking help from one of the staff at the store. I was feeling stressed because my makeup artist I had booked for a photo shoot, which happened to be for the biggest beauty pageant, had canceled on me the day before the shoot. And to make matters worse, the backup artist assigned to me also canceled. Luckily, my shoot was just across the road from this store.

I arrived at 10AM and the lovely staff member had me ready by 10:25, just in time for my 10:30 shoot. I am incredibly grateful to the manager and the makeup artist / saff member who saved the day for me. Their professionalism and skill truly saved the day for me. Thank you...
