When we arrived in Auckland, we discovered that our originally booked hotel was unexpectedly closed and we hadn't been notified. We were left scrambling for last-minute accommodation — and that's when we found Arluxia.

From the moment we reached out, the service and assistance we received was absolutely outstanding. The team went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

What a great spot, amazing views, so close to everything.Bed was very comfortable, amenities were perfect. so clean and tidy and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy.Our only negative was being right by front door when other guests came in at 3am, noisily chattering outside in the hall way and doors banging closed.
