I went to see one of their Chiropractor Chantelle for a spine check in April. She literally broke 2 of my ribs during the session. I was suffering severe pain for the following days. When I went back to see her, asked if my ribs were broken and requested for an Xray. Her attitude was very bad and rude, and refused for xray and asked me to pay $165 for xray by myself. Then I went back to see my own GP, who sent me for xray under ACC straightway. I stayed in bed for 6 months could not go to work, even now still not fully recovered.
