Aqualandia Waterpark and Pool — Attraction in Central Business District

My friend and her kids flew all the way from Sokoto to come visit this water park 🏞 that I recommended. I had not been there but based on my research, it did fit what the kids wanted to do during the holiday. We got to the ticketing booth. #20000 per kid and #25000 per adult. They were 7 kids and 2 adults. Then I asked, since we the adults didn't intend to get wet, was there any need to pay the #25000 cos all we wanted to do was keep an eye on the kids while taking pics and videos for memories sake. The lady at the booth said we have to pay or stay out. I'm giving a one star rating because of this very reason. That policy is unfair. Yes I know it's a business that needs to make profit but what happened to emphaty and consideration for the customer? If you'll charge for instance #10000 for non participant in the water park, that will be fair and considerate. Please kindly revisit your policy cos I noticed a lot of people turning back at the entrance cos all thy wanted was for their kids to have fun while they watched. Ps when I say kids, I'm...

Give yourself a treat and get ready to spend your whole afternoon having one of the most adventurous and fulfilling times of your life! Once you get in you don't wish to leave, because the slides are soooooo much fun!

The entry ticket is a day pass so you have the whole day to enjoy all the rides & pool—including the use of showers & access to their changing rooms.

If you are adventurous, you will want to try the orange slide—I call it the LEAP OF FAITH! (Once you get on it you will understand why this name is fitting)

Get your best beach baffs out because you also get to take beautiful pictures in here, it's a great escape out of the Naija hustle, love that for us!

And for food, there's a set menu for the waterpark, and there are other restaurants in the park.

Kudos to the Central Park Team, they truly outdid themselves...

Customer service zero, very unprofessional, and tbh, not worth the price. How can I pay such an amount and was denied entry because because 2 of my nieces misplaced their bands and I gave one my own so she could go n eat. I was looking for it with these ppl only for one Mr momo to tell me I can go so when I get back, we wil continue looking for t. When I got back, this man told them not to let me in caus we misplaced 2 bands and that if she did, she will be getting fired. I came back home with my swim suit. No apologies or anything after paying that huge amount of money. Came to Instagram to comment only to have my comment deleted. Wow. Just wow. Never again. The only 2 sensible ppl there are Sylvester and Yusuf but that momo will make that place close up sooner...
