I stayed here for 4 days for a work event. Let me start with the pros- The hotel is centrally located in Abuja metropolis, on a dirt track road, next to the Federal High Court. It is a relatively new hotel about, 7 months old I believe. The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and helpful. Morris and Emmanuel were particularly very helpful. The food in the restaurant is really good. It has a beautiful pool side.||||Now the cons- It is a struggle to get anything done. My first night was a disaster. I stayed in a suite and both air conditioners were not cooling, when I asked for maintainance, they were not available because it was Sunday. I though maintainance was meant to be a 24hrs gig. I didn’t have enough lighting in the room, where the closet was so dark that I had to use the flash light on my phone to find my way. It took almost 24hrs and several calls and reminders to get everything fixed.||||The shower pressure is low so ask for a bath bucket and bowel. Hotel has inadequate parking space as such I would not recommend this hotel for a large conference or workshop. The elevator takes forever, there are two elevators but only one was working. The little display that indicates the floors in the elavator was broken so you can’t tell what floor you are on when the elevator doors open. The rooms have inadequate power outlets. The hallways were noisy, you could literally hear people’s conversations. The hotel is short staffed.||||I am not sure if I would...
