City Train — Attraction in Kristiansand

They offer a return ticket but then don't turn up for the return. We asked when we got off the train what the return times were and we were told every 20 minutes. We turned up and waited over 40 minutes to the point it was too late to wait any more (and it clearly wasn't showing). We then had to pay for a taxi with a minimum charge so it cost us an extra £10 then the taxi could only drop us off at the departures entrance which was a 15 minute walk. We were relying on the return service due to our mum having mobility issues and not being able to walk far. A sham! Thats how i woukd sescibe rhis service, just don't bother. Save your money. They are happy to tell you the cost, and yhe train departs the xruise terminal every ten minutes, but they don't tell you, and neither does their signage, of what time rhe last train leaves the city back to the cruise terminal. This was a horrible experience there was no fixed stop or timings and no one was answering the phone. I walked all the way to the market square with the kids and waited an hour there asking random shop vendors around about when the train will arrive. Moreover, no one was answering the phone!
