Community organizers selling very reasonably priced hot chocolate. All businesses open up and down the street. I thought my Sunday night getting into Puno before traveling onwards to Lago Titicaca would be a quiet and sleepy one. Nope. All sorts of people-watching was to be had. There was even a very talented guitarist jamming out to old hard rock and metal songs a little ways away. I never would've imagined Palm Sunday could be so fun.
