Went here on advice of our hotel. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. Took 2 hours to get our food. Why did we stay you ask? We each had a cocktail. Then we ordered a bottle of wine thinking we’d be drinking it with dinner. After almost 2 hours, during which we watched other guests arrive, order, eat, pay and leave) we finally asked for the alcohol bill and got up to leave. The waiter said he would get our food immediately and that it would be free. So we stayed. When we finally got the bill everything (food and alcohol) was on the bill but reduced by 20%. We reminded the waiter he’d said no charge for the food we’d waited 2 hours for and he finally adjusted the bill to just include the drinks. The food was ok but we’d had far better meals at other restaurants. Would NOT recommend...

The first Peruvian restaurant that I can’t recommend. A couple of plates we got were chipped, staff wast wasn’t very attentive, the interior was interesting only near the entrance. Food wasn’t special, I would say more on the mediocre side. Too much oil in the meat dishes, soup is too simple. They even manage to spoil Chicha morada - it didn’t taste refreshing at all, more like a too sweet watery cherry juice. Fish ceviche was ok for its price, however the mango one was isipid. The only food we liked were onion rings....

We arrived in at around 4 pm on a Monday. We waited a few minutes before having yo ask for a menu. We ordered some chica and some ceviche, and before we could complete our order, the server left. When she arrived 20 minutes later with the Chica, we asked if we can place the rest of out order. She then said THEY WERE CLOSED. It didn't make any sense why they didn't tell us that before taking part of our order. We spent 45 minutes Would there and had to go to another restaurant to have our meal. Would...

The server was friendly, but the food was average/not great. Food came out cold and wasn’t very tasty. Alpaca Saltada was okay. The alpaca was the best tasting thing we had and it was just alright. We couldn’t finish our dishes even though we came in hungry, because it didn’t taste good. Service was slow and inattentive. We even saw other customers get up and leave because no one came to help them. Wouldn’t recommend or return here.

The food is fabulous, and the servers are all very friendly and speak english somewhat fluently. The wait time for the food was felt like forever, but when it came, it was scrumptious. We ordered Peruvian drinks, soups, one appetizer, and two main dishes. The only downside I would say is the poor bathroom atmosphere, there were no lights in the stalls, so I had to use a phone flashlight. 10/10 food though!
