Service was good but the vegetarian pizza had a few issues. There was no tomato sauce, and all the fresh vegetables were under an excessively thick layer of very salty cheese. This meant that they stayed completely raw and that water from the tomatoes, spinach, etc. had nowhere to go but down through the crust. It fell apart in the middle, it was so soggy. It's OK, the pizza is so-so, following to the letter a very widespread trend for this region whereby the dough is not seasoned or baked sufficiently and then there is a ton of cheese on top of it all to numb all other tastes. Pizzería ubicada en el centro de Puno , un local bastante amplio con dos plantas , un salón grande con bastantes mesas , abajo el horno de leña donde preparan y cocinan las pizzas a la vista. El centro de Puno esta tomado por pizzerías , en 4 calles posiblemente habrá mas de 20 pizzerías. No estaba entre mis planes visitar una pero decidí probar suerte.
La carta del restaurante sencilla , pizzas , ensaladas y algunas pastas. Las pizzas las hacen en 4 tamaños , ojo que la persona es bastante pequeña.
Fui a cenar y pedí la pizza especial Qoya que lleva salchicha cabanossi , pimientos y champiñones , en tamaño personal . Bastante pequeña por cierto, la esperaba algo mas grande , tendría entre 15-20cm . Masa fina un poco sosa y con sabor un poco a harina, falta quizás de cocinado o exceso al estirado. La pizza tiene bastante queso, pero apenas hay champiñones ni salchicha ni pimientos como se puede ver en la foto. Para acompañarla te sirven mayonesa y salsa picante.. curioso lo de la mayonesa , nunca lo había visto
