Revised my review and lowered it to one star.
2023-They revised parking since the first review, they opened coved parking to motorcycles at the same cost as a car but it's limited to a small area that fills up with a few employees motorcycles early in the morning, even though they make triple on the space they use for paid motorcycle parking. They are not smart enough to reserve an area for cars/motorcycles that can be used for cars lastly if they fill up on the car spots.... (Which they don't fill up with cars, instead they start turning away motorcycles at 11 ish. I talked to them about it and some idiot up above the person in charge wants to reserve most for cars even if they don't have people who want to park there. I wish all motorcycle riders would do business elsewhere. I just drive my car when I go there because they seem to hate the kind of people who ride motorcycles.
Also, unlike the real world they switch to driving on the left side of the road to enter and exit, but for the entrances only because the lanes that lead to the entrances it is drive on the left.,making people exiting cross traffic when they switch from exiting the actual garage on the right but leaving on the lane to the left. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Read moreI recently visited SM Pampanga and wanted to share my thoughts about the mall. While I found it to be an okay mall in terms of the variety of stores and overall atmosphere, I must say that it lacks convenience, especially for certain demographics.
One major issue I encountered was the lack of user-friendliness, particularly for elderly individuals and young children. The mall design could be improved to better accommodate their needs. For instance, there were only a few comfort rooms available throughout the entire mall, which made it quite inconvenient for those who needed frequent access to them.
Additionally, the overall mall design left much to be desired. It felt a bit disorganized and poorly laid out, making it difficult to navigate and find specific stores or sections. This could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors.
Despite these drawbacks, SM Pampanga still offers a decent selection of stores and a pleasant ambiance. However, if convenience and user-friendliness are top priorities for you, it may be worth considering other options in the area.
Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and perspective. Others may have different opinions and...
Read moreSM City Pampanga is one of the largest and most established malls in Central Luzon, offering a well-rounded shopping, dining, and entertainment experience. Strategically located along Jose Abad Santos Avenue, it’s a favorite weekend destination for locals and nearby provinces alike.
The mall features a broad mix of local and international brands such as H&M, Uniqlo, and the SM Store, as well as tech shops and home essentials. The dining options range from fast food to casual and buffet-style restaurants, with ample seating areas throughout. The mall’s layout is spacious, though long and linear, so expect a bit of walking.
A major highlight is the Sky Ranch amusement park next door, great for families with kids. There’s also a modern cinema, strong air-conditioning, clean restrooms, and a wide parking area. The atmosphere is festive during holidays, with seasonal displays and live events drawing big crowds.
On weekends and holidays, it can get quite crowded, especially around the food court and major entrances. Still, it remains well-managed and secure, with attentive staff and regular mall-wide promotions.
Verdict: A vibrant shopping and leisure hub ideal for family bonding and casual days...
