So many leaks seems like the contractor didn’t do their job properly, I have never seen a high end mall with this much water stains on the ceiling especially since they just opened. There are visible water stains and leaks in some of the tenants also.

GH mall admin needs to make their contractors accountable fast.

Not enough restrooms opened for the public to use. Where have you seen a mall that has only 3 functioning restrooms for the entire mall to use. It’s just ridiculous to expect your guests to look for an open toilet. I noticed that there are a lot of restrooms still under construction, GH admin needs to change their project management for failure to enforce with the contractors on the proper turnover of a functioning mall.

Gh mall has the potential to be a success but all this issues needs to be resolved fast and Gh management needs to wake up and stop sitting on their A** and do some work as most of their issues can be done with the right people actually working and pushing for the completion...

It might be premature to rate a mall that's only 75% occupied (estimate) nonetheless I'm impressed by the infrastructure and the mix of shops and restaurants inside. The mall has wide corridors, the shops are quite big, it is well-lit; the shops are categorized and hence bunched together, for example shoe stores are in one area, and obviously restaurants are in the food court; they have paid parking; it has an atrium which serves as activity center and is also tastefully decorated depending on the season.
