The Venice Luxury Residences by Megaworld — Attraction in Taguig

We booked our stay at the Venice Luxury Residences – Caruso Tower through Airbnb, and it was such a wonderful experience. The unit was located on the 25th floor, offering an amazing view of both the city skyline and the beautiful Venice Grand Canal below. The balcony was the perfect spot to relax, especially at night when the lights from the canal and surrounding buildings made the view even more stunning.

The room itself was very clean, spacious, and luxurious, giving off a cozy yet elegant vibe. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen appliances and utensils to entertainment essentials. You can tell that the host really put effort into maintaining the place and making sure guests feel at home.

What we loved most was how convenient the location was. The mall and restaurants were just a short walk away, so it was easy to grab a bite or enjoy a gondola ride whenever we wanted.

Living here is terrible if you have noisy upstairs neighbors.

I've lived in several condos but this one has the worst sound proofing/acoustics. Don't consider if it you need silence for WFH jobs.

You can probably risk it if you live in higher floors. In my case, my neighbors are an absolute nightmare. They NEVER stop making noise. All the stomping, sharp noises, moving furniture. You can even hear the unpleasant sounds from the balcony.

Currently looking to move as we speak.

As for what's good. It's near Venice Piazza. It has a walking path on the 3rd floor. The guards and concierge (most of them) are nice.

Amenities are meh. Not sure if they clean the pool regularly. Gym is small. Tennis court and basketball court is pretty nice, but hassle to get a schedule since everyone else...

I was about to claim my scoot 3:30 am to 3:45 am today at VLP, the man in the security office and the lady in red who assisted on ticket are dating while on duty. They are holding hands, feet on the chair, the man offer the lady to sleep inside his office I was at the back of the ramp. When they saw me the man went inside his office, the other lady guard who is far from them sitting in the ramp of entering vehicles just sit there until the man left. She hesitated to get my ID since the man and the lady are still dating. I waited its a conflict of interest dating while on duty. You need to investigate the man on the office he is power tripping.
