I discovered this place via the HONEST GUIDE 'Kraków' video on YouTube and was NOT disappointed. The host who we bought our tickets from could speak English very well and was very enthusiastic and friendly. I could tell he loved his job. The games were all very good and about 95% of them were in working order. There was half a row of games that had no power and were turned off, and the simpsons pinball machine had a flipper that was broken, but other than that, they were all in very good condition. Some of the games had museum-style info placards on top of them describing some history behind the game and what year the game came out. I kind of wish all of the games had the info cards like that. Coffee, sodas, energy drinks, candy, and some other merch were available for purchase at the front counter. The tickets that were available for purchase were a 1 hour ticket, 2 hour ticket, and a day pass. The one hour ticket was $8-$10 USD and allowed unlimited play time for the duration of the ticket. 10/10 would come here again!

I dont know if my expectations were set too high by the good reviews, or if I just have high standards after going to pinball museums. But this was not worth the money we spent, we paid to stay for more than 2 hours but found it hard to find things we wanted to play. Every time we hopped on a game it was either broken or malfunctioning. Guns wouldn't shoot straight or would only go up and down not left and right. Screens were faulty or not on at all. Pinballs got stuck or the flippers were sticky. I wouldn't recommend this place, it's clearly just a spot for kids and teenagers to get out for a bit. Edit: I do not see how my review could be biased as I had highly anticipated visiting the museum on my first visit to Poland and we make a point of visiting as many of these type of places as we can. Perhaps it was an off day for games not working when we visited, however, our experience can only be described as not very good.

Absolutely amazing place for any fans of retro and modern-age arcade machines, including many different pinball machines as well for your enjoyment! The entry fee is reasonable, and the selection ranges from regular arcades to light-guns, racing simulators and even two DDR-style machines. The staff is super friendly, and the snacks and drinks aren't too pricy if you need them. Note that house policy is no outside drinks and snacks! Also, if you want to take a glass beverage (like a non-alcoholic beer), you will need to sit down at the tables, but you're free to bring your plastic bottles with you to the machines. Beware that 2 hours might not be enough (as was the case for me), so I'd recommend buying an open ticket to get at least 3 hours of playtime to enjoy it as much as you can. Also, make sure to buy a souvenir t-shirt! Only for 59 PLN :D But it does make a good memory. Have fun!

Could not recommend this place more! Me and my fiancé were a little unsure about taking a longer trip out of centre of Kraków but it was worth every penny! Stepping in is like getting into the time machine, if only it could take you to the wet dream of every teenage boy (and many girls) in the 80s and 90s. It's something I myself have seen while watching Stranger Things and dreamt it could still exist. We had a blast, the choice in games is endless and I even got some fun on the Japanese step dance machine that had the huge choice of weirdest K pop music We were not dissapointed with the old Jurrasic Park machines that my fiancé remembered from his childhood. By the exit we purchased the awesome designed t shirts that now we proudly wear above the Polar circle in the Northern Norway.

Rewelacja! ;-)

We saw this arcade museum on the Honest Guide YouTube Chanel and decided to check it out. So glad we did! The arcade is in a non-descript old warehouse style building but don’t let it turn it turn you off. Once you enter the building you’ll find a friendly staff and a multitude of super cool old-school arcade games. Our family of 4 paid zł 130 ($30) for an hour of unlimited play. We drove out to the Salt Mines to start upon our return to the city center we decided to take a small detour to check the place out. It was a great way to finish up our day. It was well worth our time and money.
