Kamienica Massalskich (dom Pod Sowami) przy ul. Okrzei 26 została zbudowana na pocz. XX w. dla Bronisława Massalskiego. Nazwę zawdzięcza ustawionym na szczycie figurom sów z rozpostartymi skrzydłami (uwaga! sowy zostały zdjęte w marcu 2007 r.). Nieremontowana od lat kamienica wciąż nosi ślady dawnej świetności - jej ściany zdobią m.in. płaskorzeźby smoków...

Prawie bardzo dobrze odrestaurowana kamienica, jednak bez hełmu na wieży naroznej. Wyglada trochę 'łyso', chyba, że ja odnoszę takie wrażenie, znając to miejsce sprzed wielu lat i z fotografii, na ktorych mozna było te wykończenia podziwiać....
