Went to Hub.Praga when I was in Warsaw for a few days. I try to find good tasting menus when I am traveling. Warsaw has a surprisingly good selection of fine dining, but Hub.Praga’s menu stood out. It also projected an image of being a bit less stuffy than the other tasting menu restaurants.

Was very happy I did. I would put it in the upper tier of the tasting menus that I’ve had. The things that I liked:

I was dining alone, which can be awkward in certain settings. It didn’t here — I was very comfortable, and treated very well.

Something I had never encountered before they do here, and I think it’s brilliant: you can do wine parings or NA-drink parings with your dishes, or they offer half-and-half. I took the half and half, and it worked brilliantly. They paired a beef tartar millie feuillle with an Austrian Red that was life changing, Then I had the best mocktail I’ve ever tasted: it was green with foam (don’t remember the name)

It’s an expensive dinner, so I will make it clear: the food and experience were well worth the price. The seafood dishes were especially beautifully prepared, but I was most impressed by the way the chef brought the flavors out of the vegetables. I honestly wasn’t expecting fresh vegetable dishes in February in Warsaw. All the pairings were very thoughtful, although a few (one mentioned above) were extraordinary and among the most interesting I’ve tried. My only compliant, I suppose, was the Danish(?) orange wine imitation(?). It was one of the NA drinks. I didn’t quite get how it worked with the dish, nor how it would stand alone as a drink. Minor issue, and I appreciate the risk they took trying it.

Anyway, I thought this place was brilliant. Would highly recommend, and will return if I am in...

This fantastic restaurant deserves nothing less than a Michelin star. Nestled in a cosy, intimate setting for no more than 20 guests, the modern and minimalistic yet warm interior immediately sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The use of high-quality, locally sourced products and a menu crafted around the season’s harvest showcase the chef’s dedication to excellence.

Each dish is a masterpiece, with careful attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. The extended wine list caters to all tastes, and the staff’s attentiveness to allergies and food intolerances ensures a worry-free dining experience for all guests.

We opted for the smaller tasting menu (9 courses) and skipped the wine pairing, instead indulging in a delightful bottle of Syrah and champagne for an apéritif. The entire experience felt intimate, with the knowledgeable and attentive staff enhancing our evening.

While it is on the pricier side, it’s well worth the splurge. For two small tasting menus, a champagne apéritif, a bottle of Syrah, water, and coffee, the bill came to 1500 PLN.

A must-visit spot on the Warsaw culinary map—this restaurant offers an extraordinary experience for discerning...

Two words: just go. You won't be disappointed. We had a 13 course tasting of which every single dish was at minimum an absolute pleasure and multiple dishes were truly spectacular. The combination of well thought ingredients and methods of preparation together with the presentation was excellent. Not forgetting the touch with traditional Polish ingredients and ways of preparing, which surfaced deliciously more than once. Also the balance between vedge, fish and meat was well taken care of. We asked for the wine pairing this time (we were definitely happy with that decision!) you could tell there was significant time spent in finding the right wine with the dish, they'll take you all the way from Lódz to Greece and from France to Hungary. We loved it! Many thanks to the team, good luck with your future endeavours and we'll keep following you :)
