Fiamma — Restaurant in Warsaw

Im impressed - this is worst place in whole Poland. I can't recommend it for visiting even for toilet(toilet have a thin sliding door and wall common with kitchen. Is it ok with safety and hygienic conditions? I don't know.But ,probably, you don't want to hear how personnel discussing the visitors. About food and service : burgers served with a big bowl of sauce on the top and you cant remove it without spill on burger. Bowl has no bottom, bottom is a top of burger. When I was "impressed" with this fact waiter just took a bowl and spill whole bowl of sauce on burger. Nobody asked him. "We serving them this way" But why only 100g of ketchup, why not 150g or 300g? I didnt waited for the rest of dished (wait time was almost as they just killed and butchered that cow ) I had asked for a bill to leave this place, but they tried me to stop by asking to wait for management. I asked for full bill and leave this "place". "Polecamy" minus 200 Pasta and grapefruit...

The food was ok, but the service and attitude towards costumers was horrible. We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 salad and drinks. We got our food after waiting an hour. We had to go and remind them that we are waiting, when the food arrived, they forgot to give us utensils to actually cut the pizzas. After asking them to please give us some, the straff replied- calm down. And also- they forgot one of our pizzas. Ar this point we were starving because we had to wait extra 15 min for the forgotten pizza. In the end we had to wait about 1,5 hours for our food. I understand that it was busy, but in that case you need to warn your customers that the wait for the food will be long. The wait wouldn’t have been as bad if the waitress had a polite attitude towards us. And one of the pizzas was undercooked. Definitely won’t be visiting again if I come...

Message for the Chef: We were 3 people ordering 2 pasta made in parmesan form and1 seafood pasta where chef is finishing the cacio and pepe pasta close to you by dressing it (parmesan and pepper melted in the form). ok all Nice to see, unfortunately the quantity of pasta for 2 men was cooked inside a very small pot. Result not over 110 g each. cost 12 eur per portion. I was obviously still hungry. As Italian I say cacio e pepe is cooked by all of us during school or at home, this is not a gourmet dish. people who order this pasta wants to fill good with taste and portions as well. Less fancy restaurant and more attention to the product. I spoke to the waitress explaining the problem and ordered another pizza. No apology from the chef or any extra products offered. Bit...
