Parque aventura — Attraction in Albufeira

The Staff here are excellent! Very supportive and patient. Especially with my kids. Everything installed is well maintained and secure. The instruction is great because the staff do try their best to explain in English for my girls even though I’m Canadian of Portuguese decent.

Unfortunately for me, almost two weeks ago from this post, I made mistake at the end of the video because I tried to keep my right hand on the top of the zipline attachment. It was recommended that I use the rope but I built a bad habit as the line on the beginning of the red zone is below the waist. I should have watched my first born daughter do it as she went first. 🤦‍♂️ anyways, I wasn’t on the line long, but the friction burnt through my breathable shirt and the skin under my arm. I recovered back to the platform, showed them the wound. They recommended I get it treated. It’s a good thing we both had first aid kits. After they cleaned it off with Saline, I applied my polysporin and then after they applied Bonafine (an amazing healing cream for friction burns) and it felt so relieving. They helped me dress the wound and I placed a small cooler pack to minimize inflammation.

Had a great time tree climbing here. The staff were very friendly & helpful. You are well instructed on how to use the equipment and have plenty of time to practise on a dummy course before starting.

Adults without children should opt for the top 'fearless course' for a suitable experience. There are two other lower courses aimed at kids and teens but all course felt well designed and safe.

There are a few cold soft drinks for purchase via reception and saw many small toilet facilities scattered throughout the courses so you don't need go far if they are needed mid-activity.

There may be a photographer taking pictures throughout and you will have the option of being sent all the digital files for a reasonable fee that I thought worthwhile.

I think they only accept cash however there is an ATM less than a 5 minute walk...

This was amazing! The staff here were excellent - they showed us the 'ropes' and were with us every step of the way! They were really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of hints and tips. We were given a time slot so there weren't loads of people there at the same time and they gave us loads of time also! It was great fun hearing people shouting as they flew through the trees! There were staff members there taking fabulous photos also and we bought them at the end - they sent us a link which we got the following day - couldn't fault the experience from beginning to end.
