Very nice sand with secluded beach areas among the rocks giving opportunity to be away from crowds if desired. There are a few spots with rock just below the sand but in most areas you can walk bare foot using normal caution.. Great photo location and a good walking beach. At low tide you can get around rock outcroppings and make about a 15 minute trip from end to end. There are fairly easy hiking trails that take you over the hills at either end, allowing access to the beach at Fisherman's village to the west and several long beach areas to the east.
