The worst time had been when my husband was looking for a prescribed syrup for our toddler and one of the male Farmacist told him very aggressively that we wouldn’t ever find it, wishing us good luck (we finally found it few blocks away) Today a woman farmacist failed to advise me correctly on a over the counter product and when i saw the box and realized that another one from the same brand was actually more adapted to me, she said that it might be but that it was impossible to swap products now that it had been paid (literally 15 seconds earlier) I left with the box and bought somewhere else the product that I actually needed
