From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect, dignity and utmost warmth by Balwinder. He really made sure that our evening went well. First class service and best attention was provided by him and his co-workers. We were a party of five and we were looking forward to a good Indian meal as we had been traveling all over Europe and this was going to be our first Indian meal in 6 weeks since we left home. Well, the paneer tikka was soft, flavorful and nicely presented. The mixed grill - all items - Seekh Kabab, chicken tikka, lamb and onions and bell peppers were perfectly spiced and cooked in Tandoor. The Bhindi Masala was simply awesome with just right ratio of masala and Bhindi. (some bhindis were hard but it happens). The aloo gobi was on the softer side and the masala was light although some more ginger would have been welcome. The naans - well they were a little on the salty side and lacked texture. Cumin rice with raita were a good addition to our meal. The gulab jamuns were OK as was the kulfi. Gajar halwa May not be to everybody’s taste- it had tinge of salt. Over all a great dining experience and made it a 5 star evening with Balwinder’s fantastic service...

Food awasome, but staff behavior is not. Had the feeling of not treating customers right. Staff was asking me to shift from the table where i was seated because we were three. And that place can accomodate more people. I had no issues to change because I understand there business. But things could have been considered.

1. Should inform before the customer settling in the table .
2. Reason I choose the seat was, we were with Baby and that was more comfortable.
3. More the everything after few minutes same staff made other people (only 4) to sit on that table . although there was lot of other tables were vacant.

So I still dint understand why I was asked to shift. Is it because I am from same country ? Or that seat was more comfortable and only few are allowed . if so who ? I wish them good becuse of authentic indian dishes and more vegetarian option. Having said that customer satisfaction is more important. Its not just taste, price, options. Its only feel good factor. I hope they change...

Very dishonest behavior by the waiter. The restaurant offered 50% off of the food through Thefork Fest. When we arrived for lunch the waiter lied to us saying that the restaurant was closed, even though it was obviously open. When confronted he said that there were no tables available because a large group was expected. However, the restaurant was empty and he proceeded to accommodate several customers who arrived after us. He finally gave us a table but proceeded to attend to customers who arrived after us. The supposed "large group" that was expected never showed up. Obviously he did not want to honor the TheFork offer. Terrible and dishonest service!!! And the comment below by the restaurant is even more dishonest because I did not request any particular table nor a discount on the drinks, as I know that is not included in the offer. The waiter was fully aware of his behavior and that is why he chased me outside of the restaurant to apologize. But the damage was...
