Don't trust these people! They will say anything to take your money and get you on a boat. I asked so many questions; "Is that the boat we will go on?" "Is there a toilet on board?" "Will we go inside the caves?" "What's the weather forecast?" "If it's bad can we reschedule or get our money back?" Luckily my parents demanded their money back as soon as we saw the boat that arrived as it was a different boat without a toilet. I, still believing we'd still enter the caves went on the boat. It was a terrible experience. We didn't even get close to the caves, they should have been honest and told me that before. The people driving the boat didn't speak much English or french. They said ridiculous things like "This, called Lighthouse cave because up is lighthouse and down is cave. Are you listening to me people?" I didn't feel safe. There was no safety talk. We were given very thin life jacket things that were very loose. The sea was rough and it didn't feel safe. If the weather conditions change, the company should stop the trip not just continue to keep the money. I asked for a refund and wasn't given one. The "boss" was rude and belittling, he even asked me if I was mad, (how original of a patriarchal man! Yawn.) He said the 1st trip of the day was to assess the conditions of the sea. They should do an assessment before without clients, not take the clients and make them sick and not see what...
Read moredon't book with Benagil tours ticket shop or with them. Be sure you get at the front of the boat. I sent them an email and I got no response!!!
I booked the boat tourat 16 juin so 1 month in advance. We asked for a tour on a speed boat and this was not possible. The boat was completely full and we were by the last ones who get on board. They called our name at the end. There was only place left over in the back. Behind the captain ofthe boat. At tbe return they told us we were going to get a little wet. But we were soaked. We had a lot of water over us . We sat in the shade and got buckets of water on us which made us shake. My daughter is even sick now. Our backpack that contained our stuff was also completely wet: electronic devices were wet as our spare clothes. We have been told at the counter we could definitely take our backpack with us. I did notice that the other guests were indeed dry, exept for us. They were sitting in the front. The only positive thing about the tour was the outward journey and the caves. Unfortunately we had poor visibility from behind. I already send an email but no...
Read moreSuch an incredible trip! Bruno was so helpful and informative, we were booked for the 9am tour but unfortunately our bolt was running late so I messaged home and he was very reassuring and we made the boat on time! We did speak to a few tour companies before deciding on Feel & Discover Algarve, Bruno being so lovely and helpful was why we decided on them- so glad we did. The tour was unforgettable, really good value as you see so much in the 2 hours and 30 minutes, the boat was comfortable and the guides were so friendly and knowledgeable (I didn't catch the name of the guide who was on our side of the boat but I think the other guide was called David, they were both so funny too). The caves are absolutely gorgeous, we got a chance to stop and swim in the sea for a few minutes too which was so incredible. Couldn't recommend it enough, was the highlight of our trip to Portugal -thankyou...
